Scope of Work : 1) Cleaning of HT ring and surrounding space. 2) Checking of all mounting bolts / insulators of HT/LT Ring. 3) Replacement of broken / crack insulators of HT/LT Ring. 4) Replacement of worn out HT/LT shoes and insulator. 5) Replacement of damaged HT/LT Cables in HT panel / HT / LT ring and 6) Cleaning, blowering and checking wiring in HT/LT panel.
Note : HT Shoe assembly, HT Insulator, HT Copper cable, Copper Lugs, Bolts Nuts, Washer & Screw etc., Cleaner (organic dryness property), wire Brush and Markin Cloth as per requirement will be provided by NCL.
Cost/ charges for Cleaning ,checking and replacing / repairing of HT Panel, HT/LT ring collector , HT/LT shoe, insulator replacement, blowering and cleaning of motors and generators including electrical panels of 06 Nos. Shovels (04 Nos. BE-195 and 02 Nos. 182M Marion) including labour charges and any other misc. charges at site for period of 12 Months on weekly basis by engaging 02 nos. Skilled Electrician and 02 nos. Semi-skilled Electrician helper manpower for one day per week for each machine. Total job for 06 Nos. Shovel ( 04 nos.BE-195 and 02 nos. 182M Marion)
Contractor Profit on labour charges for job mentioned at Sr. No. 4.00

Cost/ charges for Cleaning , Checking and replacing / repairing of HT Panel , Panel wiring, HT Ring Collector, HT shoe replacement and HT ring insulator in 04 Nos. P&H-1900AL Shovel (Sl No.2,3,4 & 7) including labour charges and any misc. charges at site for a period of 12 Months on weekly basis by engaging 01 no. Skilled Electrician , 01 no. Semi-skilled Electrician and 01 no. Un-skilled helper manpower for one day per week for each machine . Total 04 Nos. P&H-1900AL Shovel (sl. no. 2,3,4 & 7)
