SIDE BOARD (FD-241)

Taking out old u/s top side board and S&F new top made out of board 18mm thick with pre laminated particle board ext gde approx size of top 1220x455mm.Shade of new top as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old u/s drawer and S&F of new drawer made out of board 18mm thick pre laminated particle board ext grade on front of drawer on one side only will be provided.

Taking out old u.s back ply of side board and S&F of new back made out of ply wood 6mm thick both side commercial.

Taking out old u/s shutter complete set and S&F new shutter made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board ext grade. Shutter to be fixed with mild sheet chromium plated continuous piano hinge with screw steel or required size and qty and all as approved.

Taking out old u/s shelf cabinet and S&F new shell made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board ext grade.

Taking out old u/s side of side board and S&F new side made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board ext grade

Taking out old u/s knob/handle of shutter/front of drawer and S&F new knob aluminium anodised heavy duty of approved design and size as per sample available in furniture yard.

M&L polishing with spirit polish externally and internllay on all wooden surfaces exposed to direct view except laminated portion all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-charge

BED plywood top with out MNF (FD-246,247)

Removal of u/s long rail and S&F new long rail made out of 1st class hard wood all as per drg.

Removal of u/s stiffner under the ply top and S&F new stifiner made out of wood all as per drg

Removal of u/s head board carefully and S&F new head board made out wood frame covered with one side veneered ply 4mm thick on both sides of head board, including teak wood beading of size all as per drg
