Dismantling fixed glazing and false ceiling, partitions, doors, windows, including clearing away/disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Pin headed and plain sheet glass as required 5.5mm thick for glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator, shutters, partitions etc. with necessary rubber breading, aluminium clip etc. complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of Top panel Aluminium partition over existing partition with 5.5mm thick pin headed glass, using Aluminium box partition section 63.5 x 38.1 x 1.85 mm at 1000 mm c/c for verticals and horizontals including cost of all materials , lead, lift, labour, including dismantling exisitng single groove top horizontal aluminium box section if needed & reinstaling the same for proposed top rail & providing double groove horizontal box section, etc., complete as directed by the department officals.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon leeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and pvc coated wire rope/rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally skelet CT15 W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm or ramco or equivalent brand Hilux Calcium Silicate Tiles of 595 x 595 x 10mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems should have an neat appearance & shall be installed at any ceiling height from floor level as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, Scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, incidental expenses, tolls & plants, etc., complying to standard specication.
