Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen . including all cost of labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with putty of approved brand and manufacture and the required shade on undecorated wall surface to give even shade over including all cost of curing, material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint two coats of approved manufacturers such as Super Snowcem, Durrocem, Robiacem, Guttucem, supermen quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat over one coat) white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling C.C. or brick or granolithic floor including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled material with in 60m distance proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & injecting chemical for post Constructional anti termite treatment with drilling holes at junction of floor with walls & pillars, the application of chemicals shall be as per relevant IS code and the rate of application of chemical shall also be as provided in the IS Code, including quarterly inspection and providing required treatment for one year. including all cost of labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

cement concrete flooring upto 40 mm thick without base concrete excluding cost of all Materials but including labour, T&P etc. proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish including all cost of labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
