Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic designer coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces, such as dado, skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, Dark shade/Double Charged/Ultra Charged, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid as in floors, setting and jointed with cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding of layer in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions as in sunken floor, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall measured and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning to concrete/plastered surfaces of sunken slab and applying water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed in the following courses :- (a) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.80 kg/sqm. (b) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 cofirming to IS-702 @ 1.20kg/sqm. (c) Supplying and laying 150 micron thick polyethylene film of Superior quality. (d) Applying a tack of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm over polythene film

S&F for 100mm bore Cast Iron floor trap with chromium plated grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead joint and fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, plastic seat cover in white including connection to out going pipe and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. as in repairs (excluding flushing cistern) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580 x 440mm with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc. including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling, making good to floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm including a pair of cast iron cantilever brackets of size 40 x 40 x 5mm, embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with and including 32mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC valveless symphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litres capacity including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in timber scantlings, un framed and clean sawn complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, etc. and roof covering/ cladding to wall, etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacture's instruction with finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old existing roof treatment of any thick and description from RCC roof by scrapping, scrubbing, brooming down, etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof pedding, etc., finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/ concrete surfaces of roof applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed as given below:- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete/plastered roof surface (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen @ 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.2kg/Sqm (c) Laying of 3mm thick membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints finally thermo -fused with help of LPG flames. Membrane sheet laid over a tack of industrial bitumen 85/25 as specified here-in before.

Disconnecting of old existing tanks of any position of size 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting it and required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of serviceable tanks and removing unserviceable tanks from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of old existing tanks of any position of size 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting it and required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as directed. Note : The cost of accessories like inlet and outlet pipe, ball valve, air vent pipe, etc. shall measured and paid separately.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as sper Serial item No. 31 here-in-before but 25mm bore of pipe.

Re-fixing of old steel tubing of size 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel water tubing obtained from Serial item No. 31 above shall be re-used.

All as per Serial item No. 33 here-in-before but of size 25mm bore. Note : Steel water tubing obtained from Serial item No. 32 above shall re-used.

Supply and laying 20mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 35 here-in-before but of size 25mm bore.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI marked), best quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15mm dia, 600mmm long with 2 Nos PVC check nuts with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Pillar taps,15mm dia, fancy type with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs chromium plated Soap Dish fixed to plugs with brass screws as per complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, 'D' type, 60cm long between flanges of brass chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia, Angle valves, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head long body, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.
