Carryout the Renovation works in TNCSC Godown campus at Konam Taluk in Kanyakumari District. supply and filling in basement with wet mix 250mm thick in layers not exceeding 250mm thick well watering ramming and consolidation including machineries for higher and running charges leader 5 cum capacity hire charges for tipper water springler vibtory roller etc complete and all labour charges as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position of 12mm thick mastic pad of approved quality for expansion joints as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 20mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and Three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coat with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Dismantling AC Sheet roofing and clearing, away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing FRP sheet roofing of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for re alignment of existing AC Corrugated sheets including fixing of ridges, cost of U or J bolts and nuts, bitumen washers, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete.

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of plain glass 4 mm thick including cost of all materials and Labour charges etc complete.,

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and laying of High profile colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminum washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete.,

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jiggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size (23x23x2 cm)approved quality in C.M 1:3 -12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS @2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortor mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification
