Demolition of brick or stone / boulder work, built in cement mortar in portion/ part ordered to be dismantled including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of debris from the premises all as specified .
Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep for foundations,drains etc or for manholes etc not exc 10sqm area on plan and n.exc 1.5m deep geeting out in hard/dense soil.
M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.
All as per item No 4 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.
Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.
Use and wase of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed all as specified.
M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall by complete removal of existing treatment of walls by washing the surfce thoroughly , filling the cracks, craves with crack-filling-compound (Make : DR FIXIT CRACK SHRINK FREE or Equivalent ), Complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for applying two coats of rain coat (601) over a coat of primer on surface of wall of any type including preparation complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for embedded in PCC /Brick work all as specified and directed.
Material & labour Mild steel work as in (angle iron) fencing post or struts in fencing incl cutting top shape as directed bent to shape drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete confirming to fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.
M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.
M&L PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete for fixing of fencing post etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge
M&L for Preparation of steel surfaced of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer
S&F barbed razor type concertina coil 9 SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150 Newton per square mm zinc coating 250-300 grams per sqm dia of coil when unstretched 460 mm covering 8 to 10 running meter per coil and minimum weight of coil (GI strip) 1.625 kg per running metre hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50 mm thickness, 19 mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed 1.66 mm thick GI clip minimum 25 nos per running metre and special nut bolt to hold two coils together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and as directed .
S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed by EIC (each line wire to be measured).
Returning, filling in including spreding levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in hard /dense soil.
Removing excavated hard / dense soil out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Contractor should make his own arrangement for disposal of excavated material outside of the MoD land
M&L for Machine pressed precast coloured glazed concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type) any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and sealing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 etc including dismantling old one and removal of old paverblock complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for sand cushioning under interlocking paver blocks watering and compact complete all as specified & directed . (Note : compacted thickness shall be measured).
