Replacement of Electro Mechanical Relay Panel with Numerical Relay Panel at 132 KV Sub-Station Naugarh and Dumariyaganj under Electricity Transmission Division-II, Basti H.Q. at Siddharth Nagar.

AT 132 KV S/S NAUGARH (for Replacement of C&R Panel of T/F )

Dismantaing of old and outdated 02 No. Easun Reyrolle Ltd C&R panel of 40 MVA T/F by opening of control cable and cutting of earthing strip including shifting of panels upto substation store .

Shifting of 40 MVA TF/ control and relay panel from S/S store to control room safety & carefully by manual labour approximate distance 30 meter at above substation grouting also to be done if required.

Erected to new C&R panel of T/F at above dismantled place as per proper alignment and direction of incharge engineer with making earthing by M.S flate(25x6mm /50x6mm) as per site requitement.

Making termination of all control cable alongwith proper feruling and proper fastening of cable glands of proper size of above control panel (Cable glands &ferrules etc. shall be aranged by contractor at his 1 Job own cost ) (Excluding CT Connection)

Checking of all wiring cable, indication, alarm by matching the same with protection/indication including proper testing of panel for commissioning.

AT 132 KV S/S NAUGARH (for Replacement of 33 KV Tripple Feeder C&R Panel)

Following Works are to be carried out at 132 KV S/S Naugarh on Control & Relay Panel of 33 KV Triple Feeder:- Dismantaling of old and outdated 01 No.EASUN REYROLLE LTD C&R Panel of 33KV Tripple Feeder by opening of control cable and cutting of earthing strip and shifting of panels up to substation store.

Shifting of 33KV Tripple Feeder control and relay panel (ZIV make )from S/S store to control room safely & carefully by manual labour approximate distance 50 meter at above substation. Grouting also to done if required.

Erected of new 33KV Tripple Feeder C&R Panel of(ZIV make) at above dismantled place as per proper alignment and direction of AE/JE with making earthing by MS. flate(25x6m/50x6 mm) as per site requirement.

Making termination of all control cable alongwith proper feruling and proper fastening of cable glands of proper size of above control panel(Cable glands &ferrules etc. shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost) including CT connection.
