Laying of WTA
Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.
Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete .
Laying of PVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line including using UPVC fittings, Viz. Horizontal and Vertical Bends, riser pipes, Tee Reducer etc.and making leak proof joints with couplers after roghening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipesfittigs and solvent cement to be supplied by deptt.) all complete asper direction of Engineer-In- charge. i)200 mm.dia

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)
Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. As directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water and ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand.
Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.
Ordinary Cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering, reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS code. a) Pakur Variety (Stack yard to site distance= 40 KM)
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). Above 30 mm. to 37 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Brick work with Ist class brick in cement mortar (1 : 6) . (a) In foundation and plinth
125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (c) 15 mm thick plaster.
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.
Fitting and fixing of M.S. / G.I. / C.I.accessories and special in pipe line (accessories & special to be supplied departmentally) including supply of jointing materials viz.rubber insertion, nuts & bolts, havoc Zink (Zink Oxide) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 150 mm dia sluice valve.
b) 150 mm dia MS 90° Bend both end flanged welded.
c) 300 mm. dia. ERW pipe special bend, both ends flanged
Installation / Erection of SurgeTank / Shore manifold (to be supplied from Deptt. free of cost) over a rigid base of cement concrete (1`:2:4) with stone chips 20mm. down of 1250 mm X 1250 mm X 150 mm. over a single layer of brick flat soling and embedding the legs of the surge tank/shore manifold within the concrete base including cost of all materials and labour and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Labour charges for fitting and fixing 150 mm. diaAlfa Alfa G type valve with 140 mm. dia class-II U.P.V.C riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C tail piece by joining the P.V.C end of Tail piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece and flap valve with rubber insertion , nuts and bolts etc. complete.
Testing of pipe line system against leakage by fillinh the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for atleast4 (Four) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generstor , pump , tools and plants, fuel and lubricants and installation of the pump connecting the same with pipe line network making necessary electrical connection and dismantling all these after completion of test all complete as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge.
Add extra carriage besides initial transport by truck of the pipes and constructional materials@4% on every item as applicable
GST @ 18% on every item from (Sl no 2.01 to 2.2)
Labour welfare Cess@1%on every item from (Sl no 2.01 to 2.21)
