Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Domilice certificate of 10 years should be submitted duly certified by competent authority.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The tenderer shall note that the scanned Documents can also be uploaded in the tasks created under Document / Evidence Required from the Bidder.

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

The tenderer should furnish the details of existing commitments and ongoing works tobe completed.

The tenderer who quotes amount less than amount put to tender should pay difference amount in the form of FDR purchased through any nationalized bank payable at MYSORE only in favor The COMMISSIONER, MUDA at the time of execution of agreement.

GST at 18% shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for the delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Photo copy of the work before commencement of the work, during the work and after completion of the work should be produce with the bill.

Contractors should be registered with KPWD Class IV and above CONTRCTOR

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and compete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent.

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties.

Regarding Appealing Aggrieved contractors may appeal to the prescribed (Appellant) authority within 15 days as per KTTP and appeal should be through e-proc only as per Govt.order No:pwd/572/CRM-2020(E) Bangalore DT.09-10-2020. The same will not be considered if appeal through Letters.

All items in the tender include cost of hire charges of machineries and equipments with all lead, lift, supply and erection and labour charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of NSC/DD/FDR in the name of The COMMISSIONER, MUDA, MYSORE given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per common SR 2023-24 and prevailing GST (18% of amount put to tender) amount is kept in form of Lumpsum in sanctioned estimate according to guidelines in common SR. therefore amount put to tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPP Portal format has no options to add GST separately at the stage of Draft Tender Schedule process for overall amount put to tender, tender has been invited through an option with INCLUSIVE.But the itemwise rates do not include GST. Hence GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount accordingly.

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 44 of the Conditions of Contract.

For the vehicles/machineries/ equipments for which RTO registration is statutory,for such vehicles/machineries / equipments the contractor should upload the Registration Certificate documents issued by RTO. For Machineries and other equipments for which RTO registration is not applicable, for such machineries and equipments, purchase invoice document should be uploaded. If there is sale deed for such machineries and equipments, original invoice along with registered sale deed should be uploaded.

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents KW-2 . and further orders there on.
