Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All Kind of soil

Filling available excavated Earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand.Carrige of material up to site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Carrige of material up to site.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Carrige of material up to site.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Carrige of material up to site.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Lintel, beams, plinth beam, girders, bressumes and cantilever.

Spiral staircases (including landings)

Suspended floors, Roofs, Landings, Balconies and Access Platforms.

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. first class kail wood.(35mm thick)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 25 mm thick pre-laminated glush door shutter bothside decorative.

Providing and fixing ladakhi type ornaments shingtsak and kaju over doors, and lintels.

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) Carrige of material up to site.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement 1:4 (1 cement 4 fine sand) Carrige of material up to site.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick Qty. vide item no. 15 and 17

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic istemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats Qty. vide item no. 15 & 17

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter

Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete

Providing and fixing 85x42mm chromium plated brass pull bolt lock with necessary C.P. brass screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate. Carrige of material up to site.

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: 11.33.3 Raj Nagar plain 16mm

Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete.

Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws complete: (12mm thick) Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminum primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminum (with 15 micron anodic coating) Tsections 35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be uspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab bymeans of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminum frame work shall be paid separately).
