TENDER FOR EXECUTION OF WORK OF UPHA TO SRI BUMISWARASWAMI TEMPLE (CREATION OF VISITORS AMENITIES) AT SEVALUR FOR THE YEAR 2025-26

Careful earthwork excavation in hard gravel soil to expose the original base of structure without causing any structural damages and for providing kerb stone including cost of all materials, labours and other charges etc complete.

Laying lime Concrete for base of stone flooring in 1:2 :4 (1 part of Lime: 2 Part of Sand: 4 part of Brick Aggregate)using 20 mm size brick aggregate including ramming, consolidating and leveling for stone flooring in and around the temple area including cost of all materials, labours and conveyance charges etc complete.

Providing and laying apron using granite stone slabs of size 90cm to 120cm in length, 45cm to 60cm in breadth,not less than 10 cm thick neatly dressed laid with lime mortar 1:2 above the base concrete and Pointing the stone jointswith lime mortar 1:1.5, mixed with colouring materialscuring etc., complete including cost of all materials andlabour charges etc., complete.

Providing kerb stone at all around the mandapa and pathway area by using 0.60m to 1.20m length and 0.45mheight, 100 mm thickness of granite stone slab fo rproviding kerb including cost of all materials, labour charges, chamfering charges one edge and other fixing charges etc., complete.
