M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in layer of (15+5mm) on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) in small patches and repairs at columns, chajja, canopy , slab base and soffits finished even and smooth without using extra cement using GI chiken wire mesh having dia( 0.71mm and mesh size of 12mm) upto a height of 9m as directed including taking down of plaster , & necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto height 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Matenal and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coat of first quality premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 tr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied lover one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9ltrundiluted)/10 sq mirs diluted with water in 1:1ratio as per manufacture's instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI along with application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Material and labour for 5mm thick cement plastering on ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing the surface fair and even complete all as spd and directed by engineer in charge

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface including fascias, cornices, ceiling and walls etc to make the surface free from dust,by skilled labour and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two or more coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make to be applied with fully automatic Electrically operated airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, to prepare the surface even and smooth upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias,cornices, ceiling walls etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical Electrically operated mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of walls/ceilings to be done with repair mortar to get even surface including preparation of old surface of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by crack fill paste of Asian Paints or equivalent make and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two or more coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with fully automatic electrically operated airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum one litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI ,prepare the surface even and smooth upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
