Repair of entries and raising the level of jogging track in joggers parks sector 15, Chandigarh under Landscaping

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 15.7.4).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. ( non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse cum ( DSR 6.1.1)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade:- new work ( two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm. ( DSR 13.46.1)

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading lead of 14-15 KM complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick on edge flooring with old machine moulded perforated F.P.S bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming IS:2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Brick on edge flooring with machine moulded perforated F.P.S bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming IS:2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Renewal of top layer of jogging tracks for material after scrapping 1”-1 ½” depth and filling 6” thick cinder and clay mix ( top layer of cinder i.e. 80% and 20% of clay ) on entire area and watering and compacted of new layer complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of morbi tiles ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer of approved make over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3) ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg per sqm complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

18mm thick rubbed red stone flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement :5 fine sand ) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1;3 ( 1 cement :3 stone Dust ) Admixed with same mortar red sand stone.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m ( stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) from brick work in cement mortar as per direction of Engineer in charge ( 15.8.3).

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge ( DSR 13.5.1)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, al complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( DSR 14.17)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead. Engineer in charge ( DSR 15.56).

Renewal of top layer of jogging track for material after scrapping 3’ depth and filling 4” thick cinder and clay mix ( top layer of cinder i.e. 80% and 20% of clay ) on entire area and watering and compacted of new layer complete in all respect. This item shall be executed after completion of raising the level of jogging track including refilling at a time as decided by Engineer in charge
