COMPREHENSIVE AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MINNIE BAY POCKET AND OTHER AREAS UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE MINNIE BAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Taking down scrubs/vegitation growth from crevices completely upto any height and applying suitable chemical (herbicide) making good with PCC 1:2:4 or necessary plaster with CM 1:4 wiith WPC complete with all safety equipments etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick/block or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick ceiling plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick/block or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instructions or 3% by the wt of cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of internal wall and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces of ceiling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. M&L for applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on internal wall and making surface even and smooth etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
