Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sq.m each but with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame or chowkats) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Ditto as per item No 1 but exceeding 1.5 sq.m and not exceeding 4 sq.m each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S/F 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jamps, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pgment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised frame for doors, windows powder coated (min thickness 50 microns) complete all as specifed and directed

S&F Aluminium anodised powder coated window shutter, fixed type without sash bar, alumn section section weighing 0.55 kg per mtr incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws,incl suitable locking systems etc complete all as specifed and directed

S & F 4mm thick glass sheet ordinary quality, frosted on one side, in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, fixed with aluminium beading in aluminium window/ventilation etc all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old distempered and painting wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F aluminium powder coated Grill (DECO grill, DG 103 of 7.5 mm thick, fixed with suitable 'F' section(No. 8584)15.30 x 23.40 x 1.40mm(minimum), fabricated and riveted to aluminium windows/ventilator complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium anodised XPM jali, 24 gauge nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, conforming to IS-665 and fixed as in aluminium door/window shutter complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone wall, etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, srubbing down with water, etc.

M&L plastering in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls including surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement..

M&L Preparation of new plaster surfaces in walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over and including a coat of putty/POP to plumb the existing surface, (around the newly done window frames) including touching all bad/ dark patches of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in bed blocks coping, benching, railing, bends etc incl necessary from work all as directed/specified.

S&F 20mm dia aluminium decorative type powder coated curtain rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium decorative type powder coated brackets suitable for 20mm dia curtain rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install plastic body exhaust fan of size 200mm sweep, 220-240 volt with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

Cutting wall/ removing iron grills and making holes per size of fan for fixing of exhaust fan using cutting and grounting studs etc as required and covering the space by using PCC concrete/ bricks as required and make exhaust fan functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for fan point writing with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, standed copper cunductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light/ fan point controlled by one way switch including one PVC insulated, unsheathed single coe stranded/ solid copper conductor cable of size 1.0 Sqmm for continues earth wire drawn in and incuding PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete withh all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size including 3.0mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with brass screws, cap washers etc. to be fixed flushed on wall inclluding white washing/ colour washing/ distempering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair switch piano flush type, single pole way, 5 Amps 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ceiling rose, surface bakelite 65x50mm three terminal.
