Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) - Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole - with chlorpyriphos / lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos, of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top , bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complet (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door / window / Ceosetory windows and Other frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frames density of 750 kg / cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compresssive strength of 58N/sq.mm, modulus of elasticity 900 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position of with M.S hold fast/lugs /SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fastners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door / window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payments on this account shall be made. - Frame size 50 x 100 mm.

Providing and fixing of C.P brass health faucet of approved quality - 15mm nominal bore JAGUAR make as special type (Nos.573).

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 Km radius. The rate include incidental charge transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the loose particles rust / mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and providing and system based aromatic rust remover of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions (Confirming to IS 9077 - 1979 (reaffirmed - 1997) Appendix B, Clause 5.3.3) including all tools complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Mixing a polymeric cementitious Based bonding coat for bonding agent mixed thoroughly with mechanical mixing and applying the mix with brush on the prepared surface of the Column/ beams at the new and old concrete joint but the micro concrete should be laid with in 4 hours from the time of application with all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick prelaminated Bison Board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade-I type-II in paneling fixed in aluminium door, window shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc., complete as per architectural drawings perlaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
