Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/manual means over area exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth work lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m as directed by the engineer in charge ordinary rock

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (8 Graded stone aggregat 40 mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling spreading and levelling stone boulders of size range 5cm to 20cm in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregates

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5in mud mortar

Structural steel work,Rivted Bolted or welded in built up section ,trusses and framed work including hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and G.I limpet washer or with G.I limpet Washer filled with lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete(up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface),excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Painting steel work with deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give a even shade Two or more coats applied @0.90ltr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr 10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing of 40 cm overall width plain G.S sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, G.I limpet and bitumen washer complete, bent to shape and fixed in wall with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2
