SITE CLEARANCE AND DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING DEMOLITION
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared
Banking excavated earth in layers not exc 20cm in depth, breaking clods,watering , rolling each layerwith 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3 rd and top most layer with power roller of 8 tonnes and dressing up , in embankments etc lead up to 50m and lead up to 1.50 m in all kind of soil complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of heater bank thyrister base of rating suitable capacity as per approved design operating voltage 230 V, AC 50 HZ, strip heater complete with necessary mounting arrangement shall be provided in the supply air plenum for winter heating and monsoon reheating Relative Humidity of room shall be maintained by Heating through duct mounted strip heaters, which shall be operated by humidistat and thermostat.

PCC foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vitration pads all as per the recommendation of manufacturer. Enclosure will have inbuilt base frame mounted fuel tank of capacity min to run the DG set for 08hrs fabricated out of 4 SWG MS sheet mounted inside the enclosure alongwith fuel piping from tank to engine capacity as recommended by OEM with drain valve, air vent, inlet, outlet connection and suitable exhaust pipe duty cladded with glass wool and covered with aluminium sheet and exhaust trail pipe with muffer complete all as specified and directed. AMF CONTROL PANEL: OEM made cubicle type floor mounted panel board, indoor type made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing member and doors and covers made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-52, duly powder coated RAL 7035 (not less than 50 micron) after seven tank process, having aluminium bus bar of 400 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switch gear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistanded copper conductor cable etc and consisting of following: - (i) Microprocessor based four pole MCCBs for incoming and out going of rupturing capacity 35/36 KA. SPECIAL EARTHING M&L for Maintenance free chemical Earthing consists of earth electrode CU (Copper) bonded stell rod 17.2mm dia 3000mm and 250 microns back filled with 30 kg carbon based compound including 17.2mm tin coated brass clamps both sides. the pit shall be installed with a man hole with top cover including laying of 25 x 3mm copper strip from earth pit to panel/equipment upto 7.5 m using 40 mm GI Pipe light grade buried in ground from earth pit to building equipment earth strip including earth Resistance measurement and provide test report all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Note : The earth resistance value for each location should be less than 1.0 Ohms and to measure and calibrated with earth resistance megger and same has to be certified by concerned user department..
Schedule A Part XVIII Comprehensive maintenance preventive maintenance & periodical maintenance of electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) 5 Ton capacity EOT Cranes - 01 complete including material and labour for periodic inspection/ servicing to be carried out and making/ keeping the cranes serviceable complete all as specified and directed. (i) LONG TRAVEL MONTION AND CROSS TRAVEL MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any (b) Brake adustment (c) Checking of long travel & cross travel wheel for any noise/ malfunctioning (d) Checking grease of greard couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple.
