RequiredIn case of a company, it should furnish copy of the certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association as a proof of identity.

RequiredIn case of a sole proprietorship firm, it should furnish copy of either the Sales/GST or IT returns for the last three financial years preceding the Proposal Due Date as a proof of identity.
RequiredA copy of the entire bidding document (along with the addendum, if any) duly signed on each page by the authorised signatory of the Bidder. The Bidding Document shall be bound together (Spiral Binding) and the pages shall be numbered serially with proper index. The document shall also have Bidder?s stamp on each page along with signature of the authorised representative of the Bidder
RequiredThe Financial Proposal consisting of the Bidder?s financial offer, which is higher than the Minimum Annual Fee fixed by the Authority for the Project facility, shall be submitted ?ONLINE ONLY?.
