M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone walling, random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling, random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over random rubble stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to face beds & joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm on (Sand stone) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone / brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble stone masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses built in CM and M & L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & Jallies, 35mm thick including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type C-1(1:3:6) (20 MM graded aggregates) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, edging rounded or chamfered type and including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, metered /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to item No. 14.00 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm. Note: Quoted rate will be used only for adjustment in rate as per site requirement.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and preparing post holes for providing new posts in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in fixing of posts or struts complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required to fixing as required in fencing of confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS zinc coating 60gms as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh & 3mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less. Make :- TATA (Wiron)/ Jindal.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.20mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 5 to 10mm dia mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be bolted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exc 50mm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm including fixed with welding to angle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces, exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
