Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20'' ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80'' ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m (5'' ) lift and 30m (100'' ) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100'' ) distance as directed by the E/I. As per SI No. 253

GSB Grade 1, Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreadig in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with smoth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD tenhnical speicification clause 401.

WBM Grading -3, Providing and Laying spreding and compecting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bond Macdom specification including sperdaing in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel rollor 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill -up the interstics of coarse aggergate watering and compecting to the required dencity Grading -3 as per MORD tenhnical speicification clause 405.3

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501
