Outsourcing of services for operation of two number lifts (one passenger lift 544 kg and other Hospital Stretcher cum passenger lift 1020 kg) of Make: “Skylark” daily round the clock in 3 shifts of 8 hours each at MH Jaipur including Sundays & Holidays comprising of all devices / accessories inside the lifts with mobile connectivity to receive instructions during duty with and including preventive / periodical maintenance etc complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of eight number passengers lifts (1088 kg - 3 Nos and 1020 kg - 5 Nos)16 passengers capacity of Make: “Schindler” daily in one shift of 8 hours, two operators (8:00 hours to 16:00 hours) at HQ SWC Jaipur excluding Sundays & Holidays comprising of all devices / accessories inside the lifts with mobile connectivity to receive instructions during duty complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE (Applicable for Srl item No 1.00 & 2.00):-

(i) One No operator shall always be present in each shift (8hours) against Srl item No 1.00 and two Nos operators shall always be present in each shift (8hours) against Srl item No 2.00. In case of absent of any operator, the penalty @ Rs 800.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(ii) Operator shall be always be present in proper uniform of approved colour with name plate badge .Contractor shall be prepare duty roster of operator duly signed by all concerned and submitted to concerned in charge/office. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 150/- per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of day to day general cleanliness of Lifts.

(iv) Employed operators shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI trained.

(v) All operators shall individually be life insured.

(vi) police verification should invariably got done for each operator.

(vii) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India/State/Govt local authorities which is highest and which specific minimum rates of wages shall be payable to manpower provided and necessary proof of payment shall be made available to Engineer-in-Charge as when demanded. In case any complaint is received regarding delayed and non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor to worker/manpower/operator the GE as principal employer shall pay directly to the operator engaged for the job for in given month on the account of contractor and amount payable shall be deducted.
