Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, 2nd layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, upto 3 story height finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & ceiling applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including a layer of wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 3mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figurs reflactive type (Block, Roman, Italic, Indian) exc 15cm but not exc 30cm in height and line of letters figures not exc 2cm wide (Bldg No./Name) etc ingraved on 5mm thick PVC sheet (size 45cm x 30cm) fixed with suitable screw/fastener complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls/ roof projections including facial, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander/Paint remover machine (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm (undulated Surfaces) of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old prepared painted surface of walls and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit of following steps complete all as specified :- Step1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer’s instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. Step3 :- Allow 6-8 hours time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.90 Litre/10 Sqm (undulated Surfaces) diluted with water in ratio exterior grade primer and water (1:1) to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth extetrior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50gm/Litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Anti fungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 Litre/10 Sqm (undulated) diluted with water as per manufacturer’s instructions applied over primer surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1.0 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

(Note for serial item No. 13.00 to 16.00 Contd...) The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorized applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall submit the documents “Memoradum of Understanding” (MoU) before starting the subject work with atleast one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract documents. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures as per site requirement. (d) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc as per site requirement. (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Removing and existing furniture for painting work and replacing the same post painting work, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (j) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodicals and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further subject work.

(Note for serial item No. 13.00 to 16.00 Contd...) The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (k) GUARANTEE OF PERIODICAL SERVICES: Periodical services against item No 13 to 16 of BOQ using mechanized equipment’s only executed under this contract are under the guarantee of contractor for 05 (Five) Years after the certified physical completion of work. Contractor is fully liable under this guarantee to rectify and redo all defective work intimated to him during this period including all type of materials and labour to the specifications catered for in the contract. In case contractor fails to rectify the defective work, Accepting officer shall get the rectification done as necessary at the risk and cost of contractor and recover the cost in full from the contractor. If the contractor consider that any additional treatment is required over and above that specified here in before in Schedule ‘A’, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. (l) SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MINOR RECTIFICATIONS:- Contractor shall furnish security deposit for periodical services carried out @ 2.5% of amount of periodical services executed under MOU at contract rates for the guarantee period of seven years in favour of Garrison Engineer. In case the contractor fails to submit the FDR on completion of work, the said amount will be retained from the final bill. The Guarantee money shall be released by the GE after expiry of the guarantee period of seven years after obtaining clearance from the Engineer-in-Charge by submitting a certificate duly signed by him that no defect has been noticed. This security deposit amount is only for covering the minor repairs/ rectifications required to be executed urgently. This deposit shall not in any way limit the liability of contractor under the guarantee as per clause here above, under which contractor is fully liable for complete rectification / replacement of entire defective work/ material.

(Note for serial item No. 13.00 to 16.00 Contd...) The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (m) The contractor will bring minimum 25% of CA qty of various periodical items under BOQ serial item No. 13.00 to 16.00 of BOQ, as approved by Garrison Engineer within 10 days from issue of WO No 01 (irrespective of date of commencement of work) alongwith original Purchase Voucher, test certificate, batch certificate & delivery challans etc (as applicable). The items by contractor will be received through BOO (Board of Officer) in presence of contractor or his authorize representative only to ensure the quantity & quality of material are as per CA specifications. 75% balance quantity shall also be received than BOO in max in 3 lots. (n) The material will be again issued to contractor on weekly basis to carry out the work at site. In this effect, contractor must liaise with Engineer-in-charge, in advance (during working hours), to ensure the smooth supply/flow of material to avoid any delay/hindrance in progress of subject work.

(Note for serial item No. 13.00 to 16.00 Contd...) The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (o) Once, the deposit quantity, bring down to 10%, the contractor will bring further minimum 25% of CA quantity of various periodical items within 10 days from date of issue of last lot material (till 10% of quantity). (p) If, contractor fails to bring/arrange material/item of periodical services nature, in given stipulated time frame this tender, a penalty of Rs – 5000/- per day shall be imposed on contractor and same shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. No representation(s) / No claim(s) from contractor, what so ever shall be entertained on this account at any stage. (q) Location : Salaria Enclave and KM area for execution.
