Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer or its OEM itself should have supplied same or similar category products of same make as per offered make for at least once during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and previous three financial years) to any Govt Organization as on date of opening of tender as per following criteria- 1. Single order of at least 20% of estimated tender value. Tender value is Rs. 863115/- . Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year. In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then past performance shall be that of Principal/OEM authorizing the agent. It may also happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM but this will not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal. NOTE- Estimated tender value indicated above is being declared solely for the purpose of guidance on EMD amount and for determining the Eligibility Criteria related to Past Performance and Project / Past Experience etc. This has no relevance or bearing on the price to be quoted by the tenderers and is also not going to have any impact on bid participation. Also this is not going to be used as a criteria in determining reasonableness of quoted prices which would be determined by the buyer based on its own assessment of reasonableness and based or competitive prices received in Tender/Bid / RA process.

   Please carefully read para 9.2.4 of ECOR tender conditions uploaded on IREPS website applicable to this tender which is reiterated below- The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: i) In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.
