Dewatering the contaminated/waste water from soakage well of 1.80m dia & 3m deep through pumping/manually and dispose off therein open drain or low laying area incl cutting holes through slab/wall as required for inserting pipe and making good the same to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning septic tank of 25 users capacity including inlet and outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt residues both organic type after plugging the incoming sewage line, removing and depositing the waste material of sludge etc to a distance upto 100m and buried the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and then cover with earth including removal or surplus soil if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of SGSW line/CI/PVC line up to 150mm internal dia by rodding from manhole for cleaning and well flushing after cleaning by taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc out of the garrison area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of SGSW line/CI/PVC line up to 110/ 100mm internal dia by rodding from manhole for cleaning and well flushing after cleaning by taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc out of the garrison area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked/filled W.C (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp/roding the CI/SWG pipe of any dia upto first manhole/gully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manhole of depth up to 1.5m and removing sludge and depositing the waste material/sludge etc out side cantt area and buried the same in the ground by digging of suitable size and then cover the earth including removal of surplus soil if any and placing the manhole cover in the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of floor/nahani trap washing with clean water up to Ist manhole after taking of manhole cover and placing the same inpsoition after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for MS for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauze n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stones all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, paving finised even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth using without extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 75 mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors metre with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 100mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of Inter locking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern. finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm(square/rectangular) rea of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed or bedding layer in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for colour glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat of Cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tank exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr removing to stores complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered cylindrical vertical with threaded closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 litres including 20 mm bore ball valves and all accessories all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rotational moulded polyyethylene water storage tank heavy duty PUF insulated 5 layers storage tank ideally suitable for extreme tempereture +35 degree centigrade to -45 degree centigrade condition and the outer FRP (fibre glass reinforced plastic) layers with stand vagaries of nature and prevent erosion / damages of the tank of capacity 500 ltr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre.

Dismantling water tank exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr removing to stores complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered cylindrical vertical with threaded closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 1000 litres including 20 mm bore ball valves and all accessories all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pits, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipe 150 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 34 here-in-before but 100 mm dia

M&L Concrete bed 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested bore of pipe in 150 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 36 here-in-before but 110 mm bore of pipe.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid WPC all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching bed plates and the line including necessary form work and finishing all exposed surface of concrete as per clause 4.11.16.2(a) of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing bending for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for pipe 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F inn repairs Tubular Towel rail 600mm long of brass chromium plated fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden / plastic cleats all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover for pedestal pan all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China Urinal, half stall type white complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash hand basin with , coloured, flat back of size 630 x 400 mm including bracket, cutting for and pinning the ends of brackets or erecting stands also including brass chromium plated waste coupling 32mm dia, PVC flexible waste pipe of adequate length and dia and PVC connection 15mm size 450mm length with PTMT nuts, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (Plastic polymer Cistern) valve less, Symphonic action type, flushing cistern of capacity 10 liters, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, manually operated with one PVC ball valve horizontal plunger type including provision of 32mm PVC flush pipe of required length and making connections complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair for Bib taps,short body, fancy type, cast copper alloy, brass chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for bore of pipe 15 mm, all as specified.

S & F in repair Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads , chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe of bore 15 mm and all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating incl jointing with solvent cement of outlet dia 75mm all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling , bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work in?cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L framed work FE-290 (Gde E 165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel 0.63 mm thick, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
