Supply & delivery at site the submersible Pump directly coupled with 3phase,50cycles,Water cooled submersible Motor for Installation in 250 mm x 200 mm dia deep Tubewell as per following specification:- a)Discharge of clear water=(Q) = 34 m3/Hr b)Total Head (H)= 51 M. Motor should work within a voltage range 400V ± 10% Impeller of the Pump should be of G.M./Bronze/S.S..,Bowl dia should not exceed 150 mm O/D. (Make:Departmental approved vendor list for submersible pump) [ Test Certificate & Curve chart are to be submitted at the time of delivery ]

Supply, delivery & storage at site of panel for fully automatic Programmable Logic Control system of Motor with starter,Actuator & Butterfly valve. as per following specification:-

B). Single phase Actuator operated wafer type Butter Fly valve PN 1.0 rating of nominal dia 80mm as per BS-5155 having valve body of CI (Grade IS-210 FG 260) and shaft stainless steel (AISI-410). (Valve make :Departmental approved vendor list for Butter Fly valve) (Actuator make : Departmental approved vendor list for Actuator) [ Test Certificates from both the manufacturer are to be submitted at the time of delivery ]

Installation of above panel in the Pump House & actuator operated CI Butter Fly valve including supply of 12 core, 2.5sqmm. copper control cable, CI short piece, Bend, Compensating M.S. flange, Nut, Bolts, Gaskets & other Fixing materials required to complete the Job along with testing of the whole installation as Per entire satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Supply & delivery of the following Electrical accessories:-

a) 4 sqmm 3core PVC flat copper submersible Cable (Make-Departmental approved vendor list for Submersible cable)

b) 100 Amp. TPN Main switch with re-wireable Fuse system. Having breaking capacity 30KA at 415V AC -02 Nos. and 100A, 4-bar Bus-bar Chamber-01 Nos. with 25mmX6mm Al. bar, porcelin insulator fixing in wall with Iron angle frame. (Make-As per Departmental approved vendor list)

Supply & delivery of the following Mechanical accessories:-

a) 80mm dia M.S. seamless column pipe(black) 6.8mm to 7.1 mm thick with 125mm long heavy type socket at one end.

i) 3.00 m long excluding socket having 8T.P.I. thread.

ii) 1.50 m long excluding socket, one end having a thread of 11 T.P.I & the other end having a thread of 8 T.P.I.

b) 102mm dia pressure gauge having a range 0-7 kg/cm2 (As per Departmental approved vendor list) along with brass cock & other fittings as per direction of the EIC

c) 102mm dia depth gauge (As per Departmental approved vendor list) capable to measure direct reading in feet with 6mm PVC.Air pipe with socket(Assembly should be of 20 mtrs long) and best quality hand Pump with accessories.

Supply & delivery of the following specials in a set:-

installation of the Pump set with column pipes,fiting fixing pressure gauge, depth gauge,Non-return valve & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials / accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including making C.C. foundation approx size: 1 mtr X 1 mtr. X 1.5 mtr. & brick pillar with supply of 2pairs suspension clamps for hanging the pumps as per direction of the EIC & one pair M.S. clamp of 170mm. length suitable for the diameter of motor busbar chamber.

Fitting fixing the main switch on the wall by making suitable iron frame & supplying drawing the power line from receiving ( Cut out of WBSEDCL end) main switch to Pump panel board by 16sqmm. 4 core PVC insulated Al.Ar. cable (Ave.run 8mtrs) of approved brand including socketing both ends of each cable / wire as per direction of E.I.C.

Making internal wiring/electrification of the Pump house by ( 1.5sqmm X 2 + 1mm. earthing wire ) single core PVC insulated multistrand FR Grade flexible Al. wire through PVC conduit pipe by Supplying one 16Amp .Make :As per Departmental approved vendor list) SPN Main switch on iron frame with PVC Board & piano key type switch. ( ave. run 6 mtr) i) Single Tube Light,single Bracket light, Bulk Head light-2nos, 5pin 5Amps.Plug point with necy. Earthing arrangement & one Fan point ( Total point 5nos. with one plug point) including drawing power by suitable gauge Al.wire from panel board to SPN main switch as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Philips make & rising should be with continuous earthing arrangement ).

Supply, fitting fixing 36 w LED Fixture (make-As per Departmental approved vendor list) complete with all accessories & fitting the same on the top of the Pump House by supplying 2”dia M.S./G.I. pipe & arm with C.C. foundation and drawing power line by 3/20 P.V.C. copper wire & one controlling switch including painted by two coats red lead after a cost of primer.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 M Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire ( 4 M Long) 13mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm dia GI pipe protection ( 1 M Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 M below the groyund level & restoring surface duly rammed as below:

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm X 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm wide duly plastered with cement mortar (Inside)CI hinged Inspection cover of size 36.56m x 36.56cm with locking arrangement GI reducer Including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode all complete. (for soft soil).

Connection the equipemnts to earth busbar including S&F, G.I. Wire 8 SWG on wall/floor with stapples buried inside as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washer cable lugs as required and mending good damages.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolt, nuts, washers, spacing isolators etc. as required LEngth of busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Installation of above supplied chlorinator including supplying of suitable capacity main switch (As per Departmental approved vendor list), PVC tank & drawing of power line by supplying of necessary wire & continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary foundation (atleast 200 mm. height) with concrete mixture (Sand, Cement, Stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set by supplying necessary chemical for at least 04 (four) hours trial run as per direction of the EIC.

Trial Operation, maintenance & guarding of the installation round the clock for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the date of receipt of service connection by engaging personnel having sufficient experience in electrical installation.
