BID EVALUATION: Note 1 : Among bidders who quoted in price bid, lowest bidder L 1 for Mobile Cranes to be hired shall be evaluated on basis of Overall final cost calculated per crane by preparing manual comparative statement as per formula mentioned below: Overall final cost per Crane in Rs = [ ( Fixed charges including taxes per month per crane x 5 months) + ( Variable charges including taxes per hour x 9 hour of active crane operation per day x 150 days) ] NOTE 2 : Cost of whole scope of work shall be included in monthly hiring fixed charges of mobile crane. Nothing shall be paid extra. NOTE 3 : Cost of diesel (including its all taxes and duties) shall be paid on actual basis. Note 4: Cost of rest relievers for the crane staff for weekly rest, holidays and also in case work goes beyond normal working hours shall be included in monthly hiring fixed charges of mobile crane. Nothing shall be paid extra.
