SUB ESTIMATE NO.1 RCC Bandhara

Item no 1 :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier anddisposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used orauctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soilnot exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Item No. 2 -Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling /pre-splitting /smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, leveling bed etc., complete with leads as below and all lifts as directed.

Item No. 3 - Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, leveling bed etc., complete with leads as below and all lifts as directed.

Item No. 4 - Providing in situ C. C. of grade M-10 of trap/granite/quartzite graded metal for foundation and beding with concrete mixer including placing, compactig, curing etc complete with initial lead 1Km etc complete

Item No. 5 -Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-200 of trap / granite/gneiss/quartzite/graded metal including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed.

Item 6 - Providing And Lsying in positio steel reinforcement including cutting, binding, bending, including cost of reinforcement binding wire etc complete with a lead of 50m and lift 1.50m

Item 7 - Providing and fixing anchor bar of 25 mm diameter 3.375 m length with resin bond cement capsule anchorage through adit/itself including drilling holes, inserting grout capsule, driving anchor, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, ventilation, lighting, drainage and other ancillary operations etc.complete with all lifts as Directed

Item No. 8 - Providing & fixing in position Steel reinforcement of verious diameters for R.C.C.pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, staining walls, etc. as per detailed drawings, designs, & schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking, & binding with wires.etc. completed.

Item No 9 :-Providing and fixing M.S. chequerred plate flooring of following thickness supported on M.S. angles (25 x 25 x 5 mm size) including welding, cutting and fabricating the plates to the required square or rounding shape, making holes in the plate, including providing and applying 3 coats of anticorrosive paint, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
