a) Providing and fixing of frangible cabins/huts of size 1800 mm x 1200 mm (inside) & of height 2500 mm, made of sandwitch pannels having both side 2mm FRP/GRP sheet and PUF insulation as core material of thickness 40mm to meet the frangibility criteria including PVC camlocks jointing without nut bolts on bottom and top and single piece corner panel, for security personnel in operational area at the airport i/c design, fabrication, erection and commissioning of cabins/huts at site, as per drawing and specifications enclosed, over a C.C. platform. b) Providing and fixing of FRP/GRP staircase of width 600mm for access of frangible hut at 2.5 mtr. height having fibreglass steps of min. 150mm riser x 250mm tread complete with handrail on both sides and top landing platform of size 600mm x 900mm having fibreglass support structure for the platform making the staircase self-standing with provision to connect to frangible hut. Note: Design and details drawing have to be vetted and certified from IIT, for complying under ICAO norms. The rate shall be inclusive of all costs of material, labour, T&P, scaffolding, fixing /anchorage arrangement for electrical fittings and fixtures, electrical conduits, all taxes, duties, incidental, surcharges, Octroi, service tax, Royalty, Transportation, handling charges, Watch & ward, consultant and vetting fees but excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (C.C. platform shall be provided by AAI).
