SPECIAL REPAIR TO CONVERT LT OVERHEAD LINE INTO LT XLPE UNDERGROUND CABLES WITH ALLIED WORKS AT OFFICERS COLONY IN OLD CANTT AREA UNDER GE (N) PATIALA AT PATIALA MILITARY STATION.

Amount

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing green vegetation, roots, bushes,etc from surrounding of LT feeder Boards/Poles/substations etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete, all as specified. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection, confirming to IS : 5820-1970 and having minimum average load breaking strength 200 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified. Make : Surya Kiran Tiles and Pavers / National Tiles Corporation Panchkula / A-One Concrete Pvt Ltd / Unistone Product Ltd New Delhi or approved by competent authority.

Supply and fixing street light junction box of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm, made out of FRP sheet with weather proof hinged door including self locking arrangement, out door type weather and vermin proof complete comprising of insulated / high quality PVC sleeves aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps 04 Nos (three phase RBY and black for neutral) with and including 6 Apms MCB single pole, single phase 230 volts, including 25 x 3 mm flat iron mounted on insulators, having arrangement of connecting incoming and outgoing cables complete and all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable XLPE UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retrived material will be deposited to MES store yard

Supply laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated,screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including suitable lugs of size of cable 120 sqmm X 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

All as ser No.10 above here-in-before but size of cable 95 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

All as ser No.10 above here-in-before but size of cable 35 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

All as ser No.10 above here-in-before but size of cable 25 Sqmm x 4 core.

All as ser No.10 above here-in-before but size of cable 10 Sqmm x 2 core.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed copper cable 3 core 2.5 sqmm as used in service connection from junction box to upto street light fittings duly passing through PVC conduit all as specified and directed. Note: PVC Conduit shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm size duly fixed on PCC poles with the help of suitable clamp all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, 40 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for passing through of cable making good the disturbed surface matching with existing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing without cutting the road including light grade GI Pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for passing throug of UG cable all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for hard core of gauge n.exc 0.63mm deposited, spreed and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces and brocken stones or baoulders

M&L brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of transformer and LT panel ,coping of pole etc above ground level.

M&L for expanded metal cut to length bend to shape required with and annealed miled steel not less than 0.9 mm dia including fixed with galvanised steel stapples or welded with supporting steel members. Weight XPM is not less than 3.15 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified. Note:MS work required to fixed XPM mesh shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead covered with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC chamber cover 80 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, excavating & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
