Scraping claning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick Built up Spray Grouting for patch and pot hole repair in one layer using 0.45 cum 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite broken metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite broken chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of P.R.R. and all other machineries and including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials i.e. metal, chips, bitumen and all other T&P materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base inculding clearing of roadsurface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing & applying tack coat over the bituminious surface with bitumen fitted with spray set using 2.50 kg per 10 sqm area inculding clearing the surface etc.complete forfinished item of work inculding cost,labour etc complete

Scarping, cleaning, road surface and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09cum of 6mm size chips for 10m2 with 14.6ks of bitumen over a coat of tack coat using 4.0kg of bitumen/10M2 & conveying chips from stacking feeding into hot bitumen mixture heating etc complete and as per direction of the EIC.

Providing laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type "B" using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size H.G. chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80 kg of Bitemen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR eith all cost etc complrte and as per direction of the EIC

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of specification etc all complete.
