Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (b) Applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or approved equivalent . The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 60:40 (Powder : Liquid) parts by weight without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (d) Laying slope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30 mm avg. thick M20 grade screed for floors. Providing and applying 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 for wall plastering admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturer's specifications(concrete charges Extra)

Disconnecting existing tanks (exc 250 but n. exc 500 ltrs capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks. The complete tank be scrub to remove dirt, sediments, fungus & stains . The vacuumed tank is disinfected with anti-bacterial spray or liquid bleach. Tank is filled with water that is made to run through the taps to disinfect the water pipes , etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position incl writing the date of cleaning should be write by erasing the previous date of cleaning with paint and further writing the current date of cleaning
