Supply,testing and fixing of IP 66 high power LED flood light luminaries 120 watt LED with pressure die-cast aluminuium housing, complete with all accessories as per direction of EIC at 01 site. Lumens output should be of 120 Lumens/watt,LED should be as perLM-80/IS: 16105.LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%,Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage:140V to 277V AC and driver should be as per IEC:62384/IS:16104. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5years.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 50 watt LED high bay light including all accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 watt LED street light fittings complete including fixing arm and all accessories as per direction of EIC at site). The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.

Supply, fitting, fixing of 36 Watt , LED tunnel light luminaries complete suitable for 04 110V DC input voltage to be provided.Fixture shall be made from pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass cover, secured properlywith Teflon gasket to ensure IP: 67 & IK10 ANTI-THEFT KEY protections. LEDs shall be of SMD type.Luminaries and ballast shall be of same make. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.

Supply, carrying, laying and commissioning of 6.0 sq.mm of 1100 volt grade PVC 05 insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through cable tray/PVC heavy guage pipe and connection to fan points including flash type 6 A controlling modular switch on concealed unbreakable modular box, cover plate etc as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, testing & commissioning of Hi speed air circulating wall mounting 1 single phase fan 450 mm sweep with suitable size GI pipe, MS hook, clamp, nut & bolts arrangements as required as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply ,erection of Hot Dip galvanised 18 SWG,200mm width, 50mm Height cable tray with cover & hardware for fittings as EIC at site.

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of Emergency Feed Terminal (EFT) as per RDSO Drg No. ELC.DTEXKL3929 to fixed by GI clamps on pole/ for charging with hinges type GI Box in pole by clamped with nut & bolts etc.

Supply and erection of pole /iron trust mounted 400A Emergency feed terminal (EFT) including box with FRP base for welding point as per direction at site Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AC precooling socket complete with following items labour,screws etc and all accessories. The drawing of panel should be approved 10 by the competent authority before fabrication. Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor MS cubical type LT feeder pillar box of suitable size and suitable for 415 V, 50 HzAC supply made out of CRCA sheet not less than 14 SWG. The panel shall be totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2 mm shall be used between all adjacent units and beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dustvermin proof. The busbar chamber shall havethree phase & neutral 11 copper busbar of sameratings. The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. The panel shallbe painted with two coats of primer & twocoats of exterior coating by spray painting and shall consists of the following: (i) 125A, 4P, 36kA ,Ics=100%Icu, Adjustable over loadSetting & Short circuit setting, MCCB - 1 Nos. Supply and erection of 50 mm dia 3 mtr long GI pipe for earthing thickness not less 12 than 3.6 mm including construction of earth pit, RCC earth cover slab 1/2" thick and earth continuity by 25x3mm G I strip, GI nut bolts, earth resistance flag made of MS sheet of size 6'x4' (with black background & white readings on it ) etc as per direction of Engineer - in - charge at site.

Supply and laying of GI pipe 50 mm dia thickness not less than 3.6 mm for cable protection with necessary bends, sockets, etc partly through underground and partly through trench as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply,laying and fixing of HDPE pipe of outside dia 90 mm, 6 Kgf/cm2 confirming to IS:4984/1995 as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and laying and fixing of HDPE pipe, 40 mm dia to withstand 8.0 Kg/sq mm pressure confirming to IS:4984/2016 (complete with necessary jointing of pipes as per standard procedure) for protection of cable as per direction of EIC at site.

Horizontal machine borring under track crossing at a depth of 2.0 mtr below GL including required size HDPE pipe observing all necessary safety for human life and others movement as per direction of engineer at site.

Excavation of cable trench 0.75 mtrs. below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of 70mm sand and soil after digging the earth. The laying of armoured cable should be done as per direction of Engineer at site. (Cable will be supplied by Railway).

Laying of LT XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cables with suitable arrangements as per instruction of site engineer.

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of 110 V Thyrister based float cum boost charger (Battery chargers) ( 2x100A, Input voltage - 415V AC, out put voltage - 110V DC) as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and wiring of concealed Light point by PVC insulated unsheathed and stranded Copper Cable 1.5 sq.mm S/C confirming to IS - 694 through PVC Concealed rigid Conduit pipe of wall thickness 2mm of suitable size including flash type 6 A controlling modular switch on concealed unbreakable modular box, cover plate etc. with all accessories and ceiling rose /holder.etc. as required.rom ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and wiring of concealed fan point by PVC insulated unsheathed and stranded 21 Copper Cable 1.5 sq.mm S/C confirming to IS - 694 through PVC Concealed rigid Conduit pipe of wall thickness 2mm of suitable size including flash type 6 A controlling modular switch on concealed unbreakable modular box, cover plate etc. with all accessories and ceiling rose /holder.etc. as required.rom ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and concealed wiring of 6A 5 pin plug point concealed by PVC insulated and un-sheathed FRLS multi stranded copper cable, single core 2.5 sq.mm with earth continuity by 22 single core 1.0 sq mm copper cable through PVC heavy guage pipe including MS concealed box. Cable connection to be done through modular controlling switch, socket installed in board, concealed unbreakable modular box, cover plate etc. with all accessories and as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and concealed Wiring of 16A Plug point concealed by PVC insulated and un- 23 sheathed FRLS multi stranded copper cable, single core 4.0 sq.mm through PVC heavy guage pipe with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable including MS concealed box. Cable connection to be done through modular controlling switch, socket installed in board, concealed unbreakable modular box, cover plate etc. with all accessories and as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & wiring of continuity through the circuit of Main line/ Submain line by 1.0 sq PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through consealed PVC heavy gayge pipe with modular switch as required.

Supply & wiring of Main line/ Sub main line by 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through consealed PVC heavy gauge pipe with modular switch as required as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & wiring of Main line/ Submain line by 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through consealed PVC heavy gayge pipe with modular switch as required as per direction of EIC at site -

Supply & drawing & commissioning of PVC Heavy gauge pipe 25 sq mm by concealed wall for drawing of main/submain line as required of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 18/20W LED tube light fitting with polycarbonate housing with THD less than 20% and surge protection 1.5KV 6000K (4 ft) complete 28 with driver circuit etc and all accessories as per direction of EIC at site. Lumens out put should be not less than 100 Lumens/watt, LED should be as per LM-80/IS: 16105. LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%, Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC and driver should be as per IEC: 62384/IS:16104. Supply of 1200mm sweep, BEE star rated - 5 star rated capacitor type ISI marking ceiling fan with 450mm down rod, canopy and all accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SPN distribution board 8 way double door metal SPN DB consisting 40A, MCB DP - 1no, 20A, MCB DP -2 nos, 6A, MCB SP- 2 nos with enclosure and necessary fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC at site.
