Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable cross section area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with alluminium conductor 11 KV pressure suitable for earthed system conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipes /ducts/ trenches,under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc incl any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning step down distribution transformer 630 KVA Copper wound outdoor type 11000/433 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 cycle naturally oil cooled type suitable for outdoor installation connection delta on HV side and star on LV side with neutral brought out LT Side with solid earthing system with off load tap changing switch HT Side to vary secondary voltage in step of +2.5 % each in 7 steps within limit and with standard accessories like oil, temperature with indicator for highest temperature gauge , silica gel , breather assembly , oil conservator tank with oil filling hole duly plugged with bare HV and LV bushing , CI roller wheel, lifting lugs , explosion vent , air release plug, earthing terminal, oil drain valve of gun metal with plug , oil filter valve with plug, name rating and diagram plate oil level indicator and other fitting accessories essentially required as standard requirement including first fill of oil , Level 2 rating as ministry of power notification No SO:4062 dated 16 Dec 2016 (as amended / revised as on date) including connection foundation, platform i.e including M&L for construction of platform of size 3000mm (L) x 2500 (W) x 1800mm (1100mm above GL and 700 mm below GL) for mounting of transformer (630 KVA) using brick masonry of sub class 'B' brick (old size) and PCC platform at the central portion of adequate strength as per manufacturer recommendation and comprising of the following :-

(a) LT SIDE (Secondary side) : Consisting 4 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods and cable end box complete with nuts bolts and washers for connections 300 sqmm 3.5 core LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed heavy duty armored cable including joint and jointing material complete (b) HT side (Primary Side) Consisting 3 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with cable gland HT cable end box suitable for outdoor mounting transformer 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed heavy duty armored cable including joint and jointing material complete (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De hydrating breather with first fill of de hydrating (Silica Gel) (e) Explosive vent and thermometer pocket on tank cover , oil level gauge, oileddrain filter , lifting lugs , oil filling holes with cap/plug with connection plate complete , air release valve plug and 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers (f) One no 100 mm dia , dial type thermometer vapor pressure type having range 1 to 120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator (with dual pointer) resetting device (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strips for earthling of natural and body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral on LT Side for providing independent set of earthling for natural (k) first filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335 Marked filter and tested for more than 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode. Transformer shall be complete with specifications as per IS 1180 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE. Note : (a) Rate include for the cost of platform deemed to be included in the rate quoted against the item ser No 2 and nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 X 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge NOTE: - ON TESTING AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB, IF DESIRED EARTH RESISTANCE IS NOT MORE THAN 1 OHM OBTAINED, THE EARTHING SHALL BE REDONE BY THE CONTRACTOR WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST TO GOVT.

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate including anticlimbing devices fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator polymer type type switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 400 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement,assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engr Incharge , complete with DO fuses assembly with channel and one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including taking down existing set all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply, fixing and testing Lightening arrester non linear polymer type comforming to IS 3070 Part I, complete with all fittings, transmision class, discharge class-2, nominal discharge current 10KA & high discharge 65 KA assembly suitable for 11 KV including clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and connecting to earth with and including 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Elpro international / Oblum / Rashtriya and all other equivalent makes as specified in Appx 'B' list of makes.

Supply installation test and commissioning of CPRI approved factory made LT feeder pillar box , double door, outdoor ,front and rear openable type totally enclosed free pedestal mounting dust , vermin proof and weather proof IP-54 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel (certificate from manufacturer will be necessary for quality aasurance and guarantee) as per IS: 8623/IEC-60439 rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA ,base frame of 65mm x 65mm x 5mm,with hinges of stainless steel,slider door locks(front &rear ) ,door handles (front & rear) suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply outdoor type complete with Bus bar Aluminium -04 nos of capacity 1500 Amps with coloured sleeves and including incoming ACB and outgoing moulded case circuit breakers,with internal connection through copper bus bars of suitable sizes from main bus bars to MCCBs including internal control wiring with not less than PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable, bonding to earth interconnection complete as required and as approved from CPRI complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply install test and commissioning of LT outdoor panel made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with base stand of size 50x50x5 mm thick angle iron and 75 cm in height incl grouting with PCC 1:4:8 and consisting of MCCB 320 Amps 4 pole,36 KA with Thermal magnetic setting , prewired complete with RYB indicator set and MF meter-01 no (for CT Scan bldg) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply install test and commissioning of battery bank with 2V, 120 AH maint free batteries 56 nos housed in rack completely interconnected for 110 V DC Supply all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge ( Make- Amron/Exide/standard) Note : The contractor will purchase the batteries from OEM / Authorised dealer and certificate to that effect along with test certificate for the same will be submitted to the GE.
