Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters . Spade Work , Pick Work , & Jumper Work

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form in retaining Walls / breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D. Specification

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

i) Foundation and Plinth.

ii) Walls including attached buttresses,pilastersand their caps and bases string courses etc. upto floor two levels.

P/L Reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Suspneded floor, roofs, landing and the shelves and their support balconies beams girdors bressesmers and contilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforced concrete work in lintels, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:4:8(1cement:4approved sand:8approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) & curing omplete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lists.

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angal iron frames 30X30X5 mm so as to give a fair finish ic centering & shuttering and propping etc.with woodan batton & bulies ht. of propping 7 centering below supporting.

ii) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

Providing & Fixing of Weep Hole 100 mm Dia PVC Pipe.

Providing Bolder/Stone filling behind R/Wall

Providing Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two levels.

Providing in R.C.C work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1 :3

Laying and jointing in trenches GMS tubes (Light grade),Tube fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately)

Providing and fixing brass full way wheel valve 80 mm dia.

Providing & Placing in horizontal layers Filtering media duly graded, screened,washedand cleaned as specified by the Engineer - in -Charge

Providing and placing Ist class standard bricks in filter bed in two layers so as to make cross drains as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla White wall care Putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops , dust , loose , materails and other to give matters sand parpered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete .

Steel work weidedin built up section, trusses and framed work i/c cutting,hoisting,fittingin position complete in grating ,framed guards & ladders etc.

Providing and laying in trenches to be leveled to grades,IS marked GI pipes GMS ( Heavy / Medium grade) of following diameters conforming to IS 1239-1991 ( PartII ) latest with up to date amendments ) having minimum wall thickness as for class of pipe specified below jointed with pipe conforming to tables as specified below of BIS 6392-1971 ( Lautest with up to date amendments ) butt. welded at Both ends according to relevant BISstandards & detailed specifications complete in all respect of technical specifications as per site conditions including flushingt,cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
