Dismantling and removing the following type and capacity of PUMP SET, AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , any make / model / type , from its foundations/ base frame located at different pump houses, by disconnecting suction, delivery pipes, pump couplers and electrical connections at same location (Pump House only without shifting) and reassembling the pump, refixing back to its postion after getting repair and making all connections, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed:-

Dismantling and opening up of PUMP assembly of following capacities complete after Shifting it to workshop removing worn out shaft, bushes, bearings, lock keys, casing ring, air release valve, gaskets etc., and replacing with new parts of same make/model/type including necessary machining works as required, all as specified and as directed :-

Dismantling and removing the following type and capacity of MOTOR of pump sets ( Motor only ) , AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , any make / model / type, from its foundations/ base frame located at different pump houses, by disconnecting electrical connections and pump couplers, taking it to workshop for repair and reassembling the pump, refixing back to its postion after getting reapir and making all connections, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed:-all as specified and as directed:-

Dismantling and opening up of MOTOR AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , of following capacities removing burnt out winding wires complete, cleaning stator and rotor assembly, rewinding the stator with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement with new of terminal blocks and terminal bolts and nuts, both end bearings with same size / make complete all as specified and as directed :-

M & L for dismantling the unserviceable bearing from centrifugal pump set of different HP capacity and supply and replacing the existing unserviceable bearings from motor / pump sets etc, of following sizes.

Dismantling and taking down the unserviceable Star / Delta starter, Supply and fix Motor Starter Star / Delta type , suitable for operation on AC, Three phase four wire , 415 Volts, 50 Hz supply for Motor of capacity 100 HP with relay. Make : - Cutler Hammer/L & T/ B&H

Supply and Fix direct - on - line type starter suitable for operation three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz of capacity upto 7.5 HP after dimantling and taking out unserviceable starter complete, all as specified and directed. Make : - Cutler Hamme/L & T/ B&H

M&L for power/Sub main wiring with THREE RUNS of single core 10 Sqmm PVC insulated, un sheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables drawn through and including rigid PVC CONDUIT 40mm dia and accessories, all confirming to IS specifications, fixed on wall/ceiling/trusses etc, with suitable clamps, screws etc, and connecting up with terminal lugs.

-Ditto- all as per item No 10 but of THREE RUNS of single core 6 Sqmm size drawn through rigid PVC CONDUIT 32mm dia.

Supply and fix tyre coupling along with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers etc suitbale for 90/100 HP incluiding all machening works after taking down the old coupling all as diected by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 22 above but suitable for 60/40 HP

M&L Electrical Earthing complete with GI plate Electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. Below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level , connected to Aluminum earth lead strip 25 X 4 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron , earth lead wire protected by means of 32 mm dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board / panel board , all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No:-5 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 in chamber , RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways, with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt , funnel for watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto, but using galvanised iron strip 32X6mm as earthing lead

Supply and install moulded case circuit breaker 3 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz of capacity 400 Amps 36 KA, in and including taking down the unserviceable MCCB from the LT motor starter panel

Material and Labour to cutting vegetation and unwanted bushes,weeds and plants,cleaning from the installation permises all specified and directed

Dismantling old UNSV supporting channels , clamps ,nuts,bolts washers etc from existing supportstructure of pipe line and S&F in replacement channels bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts,washers,welding,bending hot or cold drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red primer oxide complete all as specified.
