House keeping in the Division office complex,TEDC, Kovilpatti for period of one year from the date of utilization

Maintenance charges for cleaning the wash basins including cleaning of the wall tiles,removal of cobweb by spraying of disinfectant and cleaning the waste water pipes etc., removing dirt / refuge including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The wash basin should always be clean,neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 1 time in a day).

Maintenance charges for cleaning the Water closets ( IWC / EWC ) including cleaning of the wall tiles,doors,ventilators,removal of cobweb by spraying of disinfectant , removing dirt / refuge and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The toilet should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 1 time in a day).

Maintenance charges for cleaning the Toilet floors including cleaning of the wall tiles,doors,ventilators,removal of cobweb by spraying of disinfectant , removing dirt / refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The toilet floor should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 1 time in a day).

Maintenance charges for cleaning the Urinals cleaning & providing scented urinal screen,coloured naphthalene balls) including cleaning of the wall tiles,doors,removal of cobweb by spraying of disinfectant and placing camphor balls and urinal scented neatly cleaning the sanitary duct, removing dirt / refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The Urinals should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 1 time in a day).
