Repair and cleaning of sewage lines and manholes at AFS Bihta under GE (AF) Bihta

Cleaning of blockage of WCs, bathrooms, gully traps, floor traps etc blocked sewage line upto first manholes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundations etc or for shafts, well, cesspets, manholes, pier walls etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolitions of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C--2, 1:3:6(using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in bed to 150mm bore RCC pipe including packing under and hauncing against side of pipe and tested after they are laid complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete pipes 150mm bore with collar class NP-2, laid in trenches & jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in manholes cover (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc,) chajjas, shelves and similar articals with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required ,including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Cement Concrete( 1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded )in foundation filling and mass concreting concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, benching etc slightly rounded or chamfered all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing cast iron vent pipe of 100 mm internal dia, fixed to wall or laid in trenches including all fitting & accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes sand cast in any length with or without ears, with cement joints laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 100 mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes sand cast in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 100 mm bore cast iron bends (any radius) diminshing pieces or tappers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines 100/150 mm dia/ bore pipe manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge to a distance of 100 meter and buried into pits including sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and directed. Note- All tools and plants such Bamboo, rods sticks or flat stumps shall be arranged by contractor.

Material and labour for taking out sludge including effluent from septic tanks/digestion chambers, mechanically and disposed off sludge to a distance n.exc 100m, burried into pits and sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and as directed.
