Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand over and including 25mm (avg) thick sand cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-30 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand over and including 25mm (avg) thick sand cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 25mm thick machine pressed prepolished precast plain cement concrete, coloured chequered tiles of any size (Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material and labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Forming Construction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide and filled with Grade 'A' sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concerete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast RCC slabs 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) such as manhole cover and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour plastering 20mm thick in two coats 15 mm Backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 using WPC of approved make on Brick or concrete surfaces with recrene finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make as per ISI complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( Ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of steel surface with wire brush/gunny bag to retrived one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing posts fixed in concrete, brick work, masonry etc incl fencing of compound walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour MS Angle iron post or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mest etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riverting etch and similar work confirming to /Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple oe steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of 3.10mm dia and above galvanised iron wire of mesh any size, made into matters or cages straining and fixing to Posts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- MS Flat & MS bar to be measured & paid separately)

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding/ bricks bats of any thickness & any description in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) addition and including WP+ 200 of UtraTech / Shali Plast LW+ of STP / Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as appoved and per manufactures instruction Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating complete as specified below : Supplying and applying high performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray / brush, smart care ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/sqmm as per ASTM D 2370, crack briding ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore A hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system included final base preparation epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 Kg /Sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specifications and instructions including water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its joints (in old structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe (not less that 110mm) followed by application of two coats polymer polyurethane elestomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joints (work included filling of mortar and making good the same). Make : Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Dulux Paints / STP / Dr. Fixit / Smart care. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. 3) Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

Material and labour in repairs anodised aluminium sheeting 22 gauge thick fixed as in crumple section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Systematicaly cleaning and desilting of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia including man holes and gully trap of any size and depth by passing knots , bambboo, kamti and disc of required size / mechanically using suction machine , pumping out liquid waste / sewage , plugging diverting the flow in the drain , if necessary and stacking the removed silt / sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts , dry cells , torch for lighting in side the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt / sludge removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 39 above but dia exc 150mm.

Cleaning existing drainage / culverts / manholes up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar 1: 6 and removing material outside the MD land exc. 5 Km but n. exc 10 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto as above item No 41 but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth.

Cleaning the blockage in floor trap, Nahani trap, Gully trap, WC "P" trap or "S" trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipes making good damaged cement joints , dia of pipe n. exc 150 mm upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
