Material and Labour for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding 50mm thick average over roof slabs for providing proper slope with and including mixing of WPC liquid 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning and preparation of the surface to receive Fosroc Proofex ORG or its equivalent in approved make water proofing system shall be a sound base, any crack shall be treated with Cementous repair mortar of Fosroc Renderoc CS or epoxy crack filling mortar by proper grooving arrangement all as directed by engr - in charge.

Providing and laying / fixing TPO membrane of nonflammable waterproofing on roof which shall be a 1.5mm thick loose laid TPO membrane layers overlapped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm, Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the rolls either end are overlapped with layers of non-woven geotextilefiber, the separation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the Fosroc Proofex ORG membrane or its equivalent in approved make and the concrete substructure, the termination of Fosroc Proofex ORG or its equivalent in approved make by aluminium strip anchoring. Note: Work shall be executed by authorised applicator with prior experience of more than 5 years in applying similar system.

Material and Labour for dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC slab, ceiling , columns, beams, chajja, balconies, staircase and as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removers of SIKKA rest off 100 applied two coast @0.15kg/Sqm per coat of steel surface and cleaning all rust with steel wire brush and washed with water and allowed to dry incl Supply and Fixing welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire , size not less than 75 x 75 mm and 3 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional re-inforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry to this surface , apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary Portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqm by gunniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering form work etc and finally applying 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 Sqm each incl removing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing aluminium chequered grill of anodized section of mesh 100x100mm or 80x80mm of 4/ 8/6/mm dia of bar fixed to frame with 20x20mm aluminium flat section with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 16-18mm thick Granite slab on top of cooking platform, bar counter window sill and similar work including cutting polishing rounding on edge etc machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and Fixing for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium anodized three track sliding window with two or more shutter with 5 mm thick plane glass, one shutter of stainless steel mosquito proofing with good quality bearing ,handle lock,etc rubber beading and glazing clips etc using following sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue etc as specified as per manufacturer instructions with the following size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (1)Glass and wire not measured and paid separately however cost of all other connected accessories deemed included in unit rate. (2) faces of windows jamb should be given fair finish before fixing the window as per requirement of site

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
