Recanning to chairs wooden all types, stool dressing CB and chair CBA special with hand rest squire type etc with best quality cane not less than 1.8 mm wide slightly round ( Godrej pattern ) and 0.40 mm thickness of white colour. Including old damaged.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable wheels/ bushings assembly of the computer tables supply and fix suitable PVC bushing wheel assembly all as directed.

M&L for repairing the unserviceable chair revolving Godrej pattern including supply and replacing the unserviceable swivel movement bearing, hydraulic seal, spring, ball wheel set (all three) complete including greasing and servicing etc all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable seat and back from chair revolving godrej and S& F new seat and back godrej pattern as per drg and sepcification.

Removing the existing unserviceable top from table computer godrej and S& F new table top of prelaminated particle board extrier grade 18/19mm thick as per drg and sepcification.

Removing the existing unserviceable cushion of 40mm thick, 40 density and supply and fixing suitably with same high quality cushion for chair seat and back all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable Tapesty cloth Air force colour and supply cut and stich into required shape/size apesty cloth Air force colour high quality of same shade and fixing to chair seat/bottom all as directed.

Removing the following old unserviceable parts of Sofa set three seaters/single seater and S&F new components of first class teak wood including polishing the replaced component all as per drg and specification :-

(a) Leg of sofa chairs (3+1+1 seater) size 70x35mm

(b) Arms rest of sofa chair (3+1+1 seater) size 35x70mm

(c) Wooden rail to support back frame (3+1+1 seater) size 30x50mm

(d) Wooden bearers for sofa set (single seater) 40x40mm

(e) Wooden top rails for sofa set (three seater) size 35 x100mm

(f) Wooden battens for sofa set (3+1+1 seater) size 50x20mm

Supply and fix sofa set cushion of size 535x500mm 100mm thich of 40 density including suitable cover good quality tapestry cloth rate not less than Rs 250 over malmal cloth all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable head rest of bed ply wood top and S & F new head rest exterior grade and fixed as per drg.

All as per item No 1 here in above but foot rest of bed ply wood top and S & F new foot rest exterior grade and fixed as per drg.

Removing old unserviceable long rail as per drg first class HW (Teak wood) and S & F new long rail and fixed as per drg.

All as per item No 3 here in above but short rail size as per drg and S & F new short rail and fixed as per drg..

Removing old unserviceable ply wood of bed ply wood top and S & F new ply wood 6’ x 3’ and 12 mm thickness and fixed as per drg. (Make: Kit ply).

M&L for MS clamps of size 25 x 3 mm thick 150 mm long made to ‘L’ shape and screwed to legs and frame including 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer.

Dismantling / removing the old unserviceable MS tube support frame from DESK class room and other furniture items, supply and fix 25mm dia 1.6 mm thick MS tube cut into size and fixing the same by means of gas welding all as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of suitable primer all a directed.

Dismantling/removing the old unserviceable bottom plank, supply and fix new plank made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) cut and made into size of 255x1220 of 25mm thick and fixing in foam with/with out back class room by means of and including suitable bolt nuts including polishing the replaced plank all as directed and specified in the drawing.

Dismantling / removing the old unserviceable back plank, supply and fix new plank made out of first class hard wood (Teak wood) cut and made into size of 150x1220 of 19mm thick and fixing in foam with back class room by polishing the replaced plank all as directed and slecified in the drawing.

Dismantling/removing the old unserviceable top/bottom support cover, S & F new top/ bottom support cover made out of prelaminated particle board extierier grade of 19mm thick one side teak wood finish and other side white lamination cut and made into size of 550x1220 including 6mm thick teak wood beading ( Edging) and fixing in desk class room including polishing the teak wood part and painting the MS frame with two coat of S/E paint over the painted suface after carrying out poper preparation work all as directed.

All same as item Ser No 12 above but for side cover and center support of size 550x200x100x19mm thick all as directed except painted.

Supply and replace hard rubber /PVC bush 32mm size to the legs of the furniture such as desk. Foam with & with back.

Dismantling / removing the old unserviceable mirror supply and fix new mirror of suitable size 5mm thick for ladies dressing table all as directed.

Dismantling / removing the old unserviceable mirror supply and fix new mirror of suitable size 5mm thick for gents dressing table all as directed.

Polishing to wooden furniture, all unevenness shall be rubbed down to smoothness with suitable sand paper and the surface shall be well dusted, the pores in the surface of the wooden parts of the furniture shall be filled with a filler made of paste of in water of mathylated spirit wit a suitable pigment like burnt sienna, polishing to the prepared wooden surface with two coat of French polish of high glossy finish of the following items of furniture. ( The make of the polish shall be of SHALIMAR / NEROLAC)

Polishing to wooden furniture, all unevenness shall be rubbed down to smoothness with suitable motorized grinder / sand paper and the surface shall be well dusted, the pores in the surface of the wooden parts of the furniture shall be filled with a filler made of paste of in water of mathylated spirit with a suitable pigment like burnt sienna, polishing to the prepared wooden surface with two coat of French polish of high glossy finish, and painting the metal parts of the furniture such as bottom frame, legs etc made out of MS square / pipe after cleaning and preparing the surface all as directed for the following items of furniture. ( The make of the polish shall be of SHALIMAR / NEROLAC)
