Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing single layer on roof and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs,any thickness incl cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick complete removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying waterproofing treatment as following :- (a) A coat of bitumen primer @0.50 ltr/ Sqm on prepared surface of plaster, applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @1.2 kg/sqm (b)Applying APP based Polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric(wt.not less than 150 grm/ sqm) and sealing joints by torched application complete all as specified. (c)Apply a coat of semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 @0.50 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete plain tiles 25cmx25cmx20-22mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in floors with screed bed in 15mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufactur's instructions finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including taking down old plaster any type including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for applying two coats of brush bond system with polymer based cementious material as in water proofing treatment for RCC over head reserviors/service tank (Above Nine story building) after cleaning the entire surface free of loose particles,dust etc.preparation of concrete surfaces by filling in cracks,joints and honey combing with epoxy treatment after cutting grooves in "V" shape and holes filled with polymer pressure concrete as per manufacture instructions using surface mix with six part of BRUSHBOND RFX and 1 part of NITROBOND -BBX of FOSROC india pvt Ltd or 6 parts of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-A and 1 part of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-B of capitals and chemicals pvt Ltd with one part og clean water by slow speed drill (300-450 RPM) or any othermix by equivalent approved manufacturer like SIKA/Dr FIXIT.The powder component is added gradually to the liquid part and clean water avoiding lump formation and mixing them for 2 to 4 minutes.Each coat of mixed materials should be applied @600gm per sqm with in half an hour by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC over brush bond surfaces as on internal surface of RCC water tanks as part of water proofing treatment as per manufactur's instructions finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed. Note : This process shall be carried out under the supervision of the manufacturer or their approved agents.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good the distrubed portion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium anodised powder cooated frame for doors,windows,ventilators with one or more rebates or with sliding channels for sliding shutters(weight not less than 0.80 Kg/RM) including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) and locking clip arrangement complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Opening for Cooler/window type AC shall be made in Alumunium window in Each quarter and rates shall deemed to be included in this item.

S&F in stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with suitable EPDM beading arrangement complete all as specified and directed

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement taking down any type old plaster and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, angle iron chowkhats; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying putty not more than 1mm on wall even and smooth surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer (of approved quality and tint) on wall using painting roller, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: 1.All items of work are to be executed inside and outside of multistoried bldgs upto 9th story bldgs using necessary scaffolding.The cost of steel tubular scaffolding is deemed to be included in the unit rate for each item.Nothing extra payment shall be admissable on this account. 2. Site will be handed over in Phases (as specifically desired by user) through out the contract period , the quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this aspect and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 231700.00(Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
