Material and labour for surface preparation of existing concrete components including grinding/rubbing carefully by grinder without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by blower , removal of external plaster wherever exists. Cost inclusive of transportation, labour conveying debris away from the Defence land, tools and tacklers, lead and lift and clean water thoroughly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but 5mm dia and over up to and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MS/TS dowel pins/staple/shear pins as per required size/dia including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour and but excludes the materials for grouting the pins.etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing of excessively damaged concrete portion by using super fluid dual shrinkage compacted and providing, casting with micro concrete of grade M-40 at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing including curing and formwork of steel or marine ply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforcement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 (1: 1 1/2:3) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for formwork using steel shutters or 12mm thick marine ply to have the smooth finish to pour the microconcrete/ concrete including de-shuttering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying rust cleaner of approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system IPNet RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or equivalent of approved make and quality comprises of resin and hardener mixed in equal proportion by volume with minimum 9-10 hours between the coats, sprinkling dry sand when 2nd coat is tacky so as to provide rough finish and ensuring air curing of minimum 10 hours after the top coat before any subsequent treatment etc. including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:- New Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(a) Cost of welding deemed to be included in this item of work.

Material and labour for providing and applying a priming cum bonding coat of two component Epoxide Resin conforms to ASTM-C-882-91 of approved make and quality to clean and sound concrete area by brush or any other established method for joining old and new concrete as per technical specifications of manufacturer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Work shall be carried out as per the manufacturers specifications & certificate on this account shall be taken from consultant and as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for providing and laying 20 mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTER over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in the proportion of as per approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time, including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), wherever required, bonding slurry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on internal wall surfaces using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials Pvt Ltd/'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products Pvt Ltd/'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd' /Soundplast PMC-1 of M/s Sound buildcare Pvt Ltd/or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:6 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over masonry and concrete surfaces and finishing with sagol finish not less than 1mm thick, including cleaning the surfaces, curing and dubbing of plaster for levelling purpose complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials Pvt Ltd/'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products Pvt Ltd/'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd'/Soundplast PMC-1 of M/s Sound build care Pvt Ltd/or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:3 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering in ceiling, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over concrete surfaces and finishing with sagol finish not less than 1mm thick, including cleaning the surfaces, curing and dubbing of plaster for levelling purpose complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnIcal mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 10 mm thick and finishing coat of 5 mm thick final rendering with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing and dubbing of plaster for levelling purpose, including provide of 150mm chicken wire mesh fixed with nails at the junction of RCC columns/walls/ beams/ lintels and brick masonry at external faces before plastering including scaffolding at any height and all safety materials required for execute work etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for opening out cracks in wall surfaces in 'V' shape by mechanical grinder and removing the loose material. filling with crack filler of Dr. Fixit crack-X, shrink-free or equivalent all as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered internal surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of priming plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through the frame, the profile shall be mitred cut at two corners and jointed by inserted 2mm of 150mm long bracket of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm MS square tube and suitable screwed the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using PVC fasteners.A minimum of 6Nos screws to be provided for each frame all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rates are deemed to be included for cutting holes, providing concrete for hold fast and making good to the disturbed surfaces.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on Serial Page No 156 of SSR Part II (pertaining to item No 08080) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix plain solid straight chowkats, second class hardwood, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints including making good frame in cement concrete, with one or two rebates, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in hold fast & similar small articles, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, concrete block for hold fast etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side, both faces is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made plain framed panelled shutter 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood rail and style (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
