The Tenderer or its OEM itself should have supplied CCTV Camera for at least once during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and previous three financial years) to any Govt Organization as on date of opening of tender as per following criteria- 1. Single order of at least 20% of tender value ( Including cost of camera, Pole, Monitor and installation etc.). Tender value is Rs. 9993951/-. Tenderer shall submit the supply performance credentials documents such as Third-Party Inspection Report/ delivery document/ R Note etc. along with the bid. Non- submission of such vital documents may be taken as their not having any such past performance and their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then past performance of CCTV Camera shall be that of Principal/OEM authorizing the agent. It may also happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM but this will not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal.
OEM or authorised agents of OEM has to quote only. Tenderers other than OEM should attach Tender specific authorization certificate for CCTV Camera, GI Pole and Lighting arrester from OEM along with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

The tenderers are advised to read para 9.7 of ECoR General Conditions of Tenders uploaded on IREPS website and submit the Land Boarder certificate as per Para 9.7.6 of ECoR General Conditions of Tenders attached as per Annexure-II with this tender, failing which offer will be summarily rejected. Tenderers/Bidder should go through the 'Condition for Tender Document 31.12.2021' available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instruction to the Tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per latest guidelines. . Non compliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firm who are not exempted as specified in the above clauses.,
