M & L for repair and servicing to the following squirrel cage induction type motor 3 phase 415V, any make by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stator/rotor separately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacement of gland packings , painting the motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces all as specified and directed.

Electric motor of 5/7.5 HP Capacity.

M&L for repairing/overhauling of the following spit cage centrifugal pump set any make r coupled with motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, bearings housing shaft, gunmetal impeller etc assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers and checking the alignment connecting up delivery, suction pipes and testing complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/rewinding of the induction motor set by dismantling the pump and motor and rewinding the motor with suitable size of copper enameled winding wire and insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of bushes and any other parts required for proper functioning, re-assembling, connecting and testing complete of the following capacities :-

Supply and fix in replacement gunmetal, globe or gate valve of size 80mm dia heavy duty ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends and fixed to GI pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve with leather flap scaling clamped on cast iron disc plates conforming to IS 4038 of size 125 mm (5") dia including taking down the old unsv foot valve

All as per item No 5 above but 100 mm dia.

All as per item No 5 above but 80 mm dia.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia bore cast iron non return sluice valve flanged type heavy duty conforming to IS with rubber gasket joints including bolts, nuts, etc complete including taking down the old unsv non return valve

All as per item No 8 above but 50 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix On load change over switch rating 125 Amps with sheet metal enclosure, 415V AC, 50 Hz all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of size 150 mm dia flanged of class PN 1.6 confirming to IS with rubber gasket joints bolts nuts etc. complete including taking down the old unsv sluice valve.

Dismantling the induction motor and split opening the motor completely for replacing the bearing and supply and fixing new bearing for both side or as applicable including reassembling the motor and connecting up all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge for the following:-

Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 10/15 HP capacity taking up (unserviceable) pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 720 feet and after repair reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning etc all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Repair work along with spares will be measured in relevant item Nos

Split opening the submersible pump multi stage 3 phase 10/15HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve ,impellers, diffuser bush, diffuser housing ,bearing, bushes, strainer,bolts,nuts etc and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Split opening the submersible motor 10HP/15HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphragm, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated submersible cable 3 core flat copper conductor (including jointing material) size 6 Sqm 1100 Volt, confirming to IS 694- 1940 complete. B69

Development to existing bore well of 150mm dia by reboring with high speed pneumatic drilling of 150 mm dia to a depth not exceeding 120 mtrs including flushing out and desilting the complete bore well so as to be obtain clean/clear water including lifting and lowering of submersible pump set.

Supply and replace galvanised steel tubing heavy duty 50 mm bore dia including lifting and lowering the pipes from the bore well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : TATA/ JINDAL/ Zenith) Note : Replacement of collar/socket will be measured and paid separately in relevant items here in after.

Supply and Fix, testing and commissioning Electronic water level indicator device (Sensor system with LED Display) 10 level showing water level in cm/meter (before overflow) as per predetermined limits and power failure, complete with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: SECO/AKASH/PHOTRON/Surya

Supply and fix volt meter 0 to 500 volts Digital type size 3''X4'' including taking out old unserviceable volt meter

Supply and fix pressure gauge O-11 Kg/cm2 of size 3 '' dial type including taking out unserviceable one.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415V, adjustable type, 63 Amps with Breaking Capacity 25 KA, in the existing control panel all as specified and as directed.

Complete detailed servicing of the Iron removal plant by disconnecting the water connections, removing the fasteners of manhole covers, unloading the media from filters, checking the internal parts for any corrosion, washing the strainers, washing the media, replacing the rubber gaskets, mounting the fasteners of man hole cover, connecting back all the water connections, checking, testing output all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Media consisting of pebbles 2" x 1 1/2" and 1" x 3/4" size, coarse sand and silex 10mm shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated submersible cable 12 core 0.5 SQMM copper conductor (including jointing material) complete suitable for connecting to the water level indicator complete. Make: Finolex/Havells/Paragon/Plaza/Anchor

M&L for complete detailed service and maintenance of granular type chlorine based granular chlorination disinfectant treatment plant including repairs and replacement of minor spares such as 3/8 " PVC suction and discharge tubing suitable to the dosing pump , NRV ,nuts, bolts, etc which are required for satisfactory functioning of the unit.

Supply and fix in replacement electrically operated dosing pump suitable for fixing in the calcium based BP Dozer system.
