Supplying , Installation and commissioning of water lubricated Vertical turbine pump ( Kirloskar /Wilo/Jyoti /WPIL) make Having discharge of 45m³/hr against a total head of 60 meters consisting of pump bowl assembly, 4” dia 60 feet column assembly discharge head , driven coupling suitable Sq. cage Vertical hollow/solid shaft induction motor (Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ CGL make) working on 3 phase, 50Hz, 415±10%, 1400-1500 rpm with suitable fully automatic star delta (L&T/ Havells/BCH make) starter along with Sluice valve, N.R. valve , Pressure gauge, PL tank, strainer etc. all complete

Dismantling and taking out and transporting 02 nos. old pump sets 01 no. servokon 63 amp stabilizer and other items to filter house baharagora.

Supplying and laying of 25 sq. mm x 3 core X 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark PVC insulated and unarmoured flexible copper Cable from MCP to motor terminal box with suitable copper thumble socket etc.

Renovation of light wiring inside and outside of pump chamber by doing short point light wiring - 04 point, long point light wiring- 04 point, 120 watt LED light complete set – 02 nos., 36 watt CFL -04 nos. etc. all including labour charges all complete.

Supplying and fitting of lightening arrester suitable for building protection with Earthing Electrode, Earthing Compound, copper wires and earth work etc. all complete job or as per direction of E/I.

Supplying Triple spur gear type chain pully block of 3 tonne capacity with 6m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark with travelling trolley etc.

Supplying and fitting of 200amp Changeover switch TPN on load with sheet steel enclosure for by pass arrangement of servo voltage stabilizer Make C&S Havells/L&T with all labour & tools and materials.

Supplying and laying of 3.5 core 95 sq.mm aluminium armoured cable from transformer to MCP

Transformer oil for the above Stabilizer(63KVA) of best make upto mark – 210 Ltrs

Cost towards Chemical earthing 3 meters and 80mm hole size with electrode and chemical compound etc. with watering pipe and locking arrangements including soldering, riveting, jointing G.I. flat strip 50mm X 6mm to all equipments.
