REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL BOARD, MCCBs,SERVICING OF LT ACB AND LT OH LINE/UG CABLES AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS STATION YELAHANKA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size250 mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches 'M' sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be considered.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-cahrge.

Restringing of LT overhead lines conductor of any size (Conductor will be measured separately, if required)

Supply and fix in repair 40 to 100 Amp rating, 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of four pole in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 32 Amps rating, 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of Single Pole and Neutral, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC spacers for 4 wire LT 1100 Volts grade overhead line all as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC spacers for 2 wire LT 1100 Volts grade overhead line all as directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, capacity, size of cable with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply, installation and commmissioning in repair LT out door loop in loop out terminal box with sloping canopy of size 600x450x250mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coars of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole ,415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix bus bar box of size 450x300x500mm fabricated by 3 mm thick MS sheet outdoor type,mounted/fixed on angle Iron frame of MS equal angle size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr and fixed in ground complete box with dust/vermin proof including aluminium bus bar flat of size 50x6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insulators, sleeved for three phase and neutral and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer including necessary excavation, PCC for fixing the box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing straight through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5x 25 sqmm to 3.5x 70 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and jointing straight through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for3.5x 95 sqmm to 3.5x 120 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing old faded painted surfaces of 9 m/11 m long steel tubular/RCC/PCC/Rail pole complete including all accessories such as cross arms bracings, brackets etc and paints with two coats of Aluminium paint of approved colour including writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier all as directed.

Preparing of old faded paint surface and painting with paint to existing LT PCC/RCC/steel tubular poles of size 9m/11 mtr long upto the height of 1.2m from the bottom with approved white and blue colour alternatively including numbering of poles same as existing earlier all as directed

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling taking out air circuit breaker 400/630/800 amps capacity 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz and removing mechanical assembly fixed and moving contact set and replacing mechanical parts like spring, bushes, levers and checking for worn out contacts, overvoltage and under voltage settings and replacing the following electrical parts (i) fixed contact assembly (ii) moving contact assembly, (iii) pole assembly (iv) Arc chute . Reassembling, testing and commissioning completely all as directed by Engineer in charge Note:- Replacement of unserviceable electrical parts will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Preparing old faded surface of existing LT panel/feeder pillar located at various places by rubbing and removing the old paint complete and painting with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing of incoming and outgoing feeder details as required size of letters all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all the substations located at technical and domestic area once in a month as per Engr-in-charge's instructions by applying cloth for removing dirt on all the installations located inside the sub stations. Cleaning also includes the cleaning of side wall and roof, cleaning of floor, removing the dirt away from the sub station all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall also include the rate of materials like cottton, Broom, MAFF, Stick for mounting Broom, Phenol etc. which are required for proper cleaning of installations
