Note:- 1. The tenderers are advised to visit the site to get acquainted with the quantum of work and shaft size before quoting the price. 2. The tenderers are required to quote their prices for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of one no 10 passenger Machine room type elevator for Forest Resources Management Centre (ICT Lab) at Bachan Depot, Narwal Jammu as per the technical specifications listed in this tender document. 3. The prices/rates quoted shall be inclusive of GST and all taxes, duties, packing, forwarding, freight, transit insurance and all other levies as applicable by the Central as well as UT Government. 4. The contractor’s rates shall remain firm and fixed during the currency of the contract. 5.The successful bidder shall have to submit NOC from the Chief Lift Inspector (SE, Mechanical Circle Jammu) for its successful installation and operation as per standing instructions from the Govt.
