Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable (8 cm deep before laying & 15 cm above the top edge of cable after laying) in trenches with dry (coarse) sand approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified & as directed. (NOTE : Punned thickness of 18 cm only shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying brickwork with locally (Sub Class B Bricks) available best quality bricks in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of bricks, laid dry & flat complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L cutting as in road surfaces, pavements etc for laying UG cable, Pipes etc, minimum width 45cm and depth 60cm, returnin filling in where required with materials of existing specifications and making good the distrubed surfaces with plain cement concrete type C2, (1:3:6), (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), (thickness of PCC not less than 100mm) after laying of UG cable, pipe etc complete all as directed.

M&L making hole by suiable means for insertation of GI pipe 80mm bore for passing cable across the road surface without cuttting the road complete all as directed.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 METRE long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping (embedded in conrete) and applying one Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, painting with syntheic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 No. Each Strip 150 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of aluminum primer, including writing MES Pole No. with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), including dismantling the unservicable pole complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling the existing unserviceable cross arm, bracings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
